We loved working with Sunrise Homes throughout the building process. Before booking a house with Sunrise Homes, we checked with a lot of other builders. But Sunrise Homes is the only builder who had a very nice plan with a reasonable price. Sunrise Homes floor plans are awesome with good ceiling heights and with good elevations which makes the house more beautiful when compared with other builders. It is very easy to interact with them and easy to work with them during any stage of the house. They are giving a lot of customizable options even during this sellers market and giving importance to customer satisfaction. Other than provided options, the project managers are ready to share their ideas whenever we are having something in our mind and also they are ready to accept those changes without any hesitation. The cost for upgrades also reasonable especially in this current sellers market. The house is constructed with good quality with lot of nice features as per current trend. Smart home thing, two fireplaces, good elevation, more ceiling height and more storage options are the key things in any floor plan of Sunrise Homes. All my friends who visited our house during house warming party asked about the builder who built this house which is telling how the construction quality is.

Our special thanks to Dan Ferguson (Senior Project Manager at Sunrise Homes) whom really provided lot of ideas to our house through out the process and also done good job in constructing this beautiful house. Hello Sunrise Homes,

It was great purchase from your construction company. They did such a great job and were quick and efficient. They have done quite few adjustments/ customs which I have requested quite a few custom changes and they have listened to patiently what I wanted and done the changes on same. The over all building quality is very good. Any items which needs to be changed and under warranty they come up pretty quickly and make those changes. 

Dan the supervisor is very very nice and good guy who listens to what buyer wants and helps in making those adjustments and also suggest us if we are confused since first home buyer doesn’t know all the things. 

The construction was done on time, if the delay is due to material shortage we can understand that as it is same across the market. He suggests to choose all the things which we can choose sooner so that it is arriving on time, which I have not seen in other builders since they put it what they got in stock. 

We would definitely recommend to anyone looking to have their new home to go with Sunrise Homes. I would also go ahead one step and say Every Sunrise home construction to buyer gives you a bright and happy homes on your new house.
